The Willow Run HOA fees pay for the following amenities:
- Water (please try to conserve. Water is the largest monthly expense we have)
- Weekly cleaning of the Clubhouse and Clubhouse bathroom
- Weekly cleaning of the Pools and pool bathroom
- Clubhouse
- Indoor Pool and spa
- Outdoor Pool
- Putting green
- Tennis court
- Basketball court
- Landscape maintenance(mowing, cutting, edging)
- Exterior building maintenance
- Pool and Property Insurance (A separate personal policy is recommended, more info)
Not included in the HOA Fees

- Service ONLY includes the removal of trash from inside of cans and dumpsters.
- Items outside of trash cans or dumpsters (mattresses, sofas, appliances…) are NOT removed by the city without special arrangements. Please call the city and arrange for disposal of such items on your own.
