Homeowner agrees that Willow Run HOA and its Board have no responsibility for compliance to
federal, state, or local laws, codes, regulations, and requirements, and approval of this request
shall not be understood as there making of any representation or warranty that the plans,
specifications or work comply with any law, code, regulation, or governmental requirement.

It is understood that the Board may within ten (10) days after issuing its initial approval, modify
such decision.

It is also understood that if work does not commence within ninety (90) days of the Boards
approval, the Board may at its option extend the work period or require a re-submittal of this
project.
