I am responsible for completing, printing and hanging the Clubhouse Reserved Notice on the Clubhouse door.

Resident will be present during the entire event, and is responsible for cleaning the clubhouse after use.

A $50 fee may be charged if left in an unclean state.

Cleaning supplies will be provided by the Resident.

Homeowner will be charged for any damages incurred.

No more than 75 persons will attend.

No alcoholic beverages will be present and smoking is not allowed.

Those attending will not over run the pools.

The hours reserved will be strictly observed.

No selling of any product or service.

This is not a service, church, or business entity.
