HOA Monthly Dues, Accounting, and Budget
Our accounting is managed by Paul Properties. They facilitate our HOA payments, bill pay, and assistance with our budget.
They use a service called AppFolio which provides us an owner portal to manage our monthly payments, autopay settings, and to see past statements.
