Some examples of things that need to be reported include, but are not limited to:
- a burned out lightbulb
- a funny noise in the pool area
- a broken step, stucco, or roof tile(s)
- rotten wood, rust
- landscape issues – broken heads, bad adjustments, excessive runoff (dry spots happen, we are trying to conserve)
- dead limbs, broken branches
Steps to report an issue
- Take a picture (if you can)
- Send an email to
- Subject: Willow Run issue
- In the body of the email, give a detailed explanation of what the issue is and the location of the issue on the property
- Attach the picture
- Send the email
Willow Run Board Members
The Willow Run HOA board is taking a direct approach to property management. We are no longer outsourcing our property management needs to a third-party property management company.
