RV Lane Rental Rates

Lanes 1 & 2 are too small for vehicles, and are reserved for HOA projects (branch removal, gravel/xeriscaping materials…).

Lanes 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, and 11 are available for daily, weekly, or monthly rentals.
Daily: $ 5.00 | Weekly: $ 25.00 | Monthly: $ 100.00

Lanes 7, 8, 10 have been rented for the year (Jan-Dec) at the Annual rate of : $ 1,100

RV Lane Rental Request Agreement:

  • I understand that this is a reservation request. In the case of a booking conflict or issue, the first to request the lane will receive the reservation. The HOA Board will contact me to confirm availability and this reservation.
  • Lanes are rented to Homeowners (and guests) only
  • No commercial vehicles, trailers, equipment, or storage of any kind is allowed.
  • The Willow Run HOA is not responsible for any damages or loss to personal property or vehicles
  • The following are allowed, but must be currently licensed, AND be running, or be in good working condition.
    • motorhomes
    • boats
    • cars
    • trailers
    • personal towing vehicles
  • Payment Options:
    1. Put cash or check in an envelope with your name on it and place it in the drop box just outside of the clubhouse door.
    2. Send a check WITH Note on Check “RV Lane Rental” to:
