Willow Run design and construction starts. Jay Ence Owner/Contractor, Jean Magnum and Larry Gordon, Sales
WILLOW RUN is the result of a combination of efforts by a compatible group of individuals : Ned Gregorson, Developer; Jay and Kevin Ence, Developers and Contractors; Frank Fisher – Architect; Rick Bentley – Accountant; Terry Taylor – Real Estate Sales
WILLOW RUN is located on Valley View Drive just north of the Santa Clara River bordering Green Valley. The 13 acres now known as WILLOW RUN lay begging to be developed. Ned Gregerson, the catalyst of the group got the project underway by arranging the purchase of the property from Rocky Mountain Company through ERA West Realtors.
Frank Fisher began immediately to draw up plans based upon what the group felt was most needed in the Southern Utah townhome market.
WILLOW RUN is being developed especially for the person who is looking for quiet elegance in a full-time residence, or a peacefully protected weekend and winter get away with amenities of resort living while maintaining a restful atmosphere.
Frank Fisher has made use of the farmland setting of WILLOW RUN with an architectural landscape plan that begins as you approach the site on Valley View Drive and follows through the gateway of the perspective walls and into the project, blending the town home’s indoor swimming pool, clubhouse, and tennis courts into one natural setting.
The two-level townhomes will feature earth-tone stucco brick and wood construction capped with tile roofs to blend with the surrounding red heel scenery.
With Ence Construction as general contractor, construction has begun on the first 18 of 125 townhomes.
Ence Construction is bringing together all the expertise gained in the construction of over one hundred townhomes previously built by them in the Saint George area over the past three years.
The amenities of WILLOW RUN will be grouped in a central location and will include two tennis courts, presently under construction, an indoor swimming pool, scheduled for construction beginning the last week of November, and a clubhouse, to be built upon completion of the indoor pool.
Completed models are expected to be ready before first of the year and will be furnished. Decorated by Gregerson and Gregory, a St. George design corporation who have worked with the developer and architect to assure floor plans that are aesthetically pleasing as well as functional.
Controller Rick Bentley and Sales Manager Terry Taylor are working together with Williamsburg Mortgage to structure pricing and financing that will target in on the existing market to assure an ongoing program of construction and sales.
An on-site sales office has been moved into the project and we’ll be manned by ERA West Realtor’s sales staff including Terry Taylor, Randy Taylor, and Sheron Hafen, Jean Mangum, and Sue Williams.
